    1 ChanServ should periodically check the stream chats for currently streaming users and store the number of people in the chat so we can sort /streams/ by that number.
     1ChanServ should periodically check the chats of all currently streaming users, and store the current number of users.
     2Then we can sort /streams/ by that number.
