Recent tweets box?

Description

Perhaps we could have a recent tweets (@socialgamer_net) box next to the news on the homepage, and possibly see if it would fit in anywhere else? Probably would not be a good idea to try to shoe-horn it onto streampages though.

We also need to start tweeting more.
