We've implemented a Flash-based chat client in addition to the Java-based chat client we've been using. It also connects to our chat server and automatically logs you in to NickServ. You can choose which one you want to use on your Account Options page. We've defaulted everyone to the new Flash client.
We're also tracking the number of people in a channel (excluding bots) and are sorting the live streams list by this, so more popular streams are at the top (and streams which choose to have their chat hosted elsewhere are at the bottom).
