Flash chat not connecting?

Sometimes the Flash chat doesn't want to connect the first time (it'll sit there for several seconds and then put up a message that it isn't allowed to connect to the server). We can't reproduce this reliably, and therefore we cannot fix it. Most of the time, refreshing the page resolves the problem. Sorry for any inconvenience.
